A stir

Joan, one of my beloved knitting/life bloggers (beloved from afar, I am pretty much a lurker), is having a stash busting sale. I fell in love with this cone of Jaggerspun Zephyr. The color is called Chanel. I think it will be mine for half-price.

It's 5040 yards of lace weight, 50% wool, 50% silk. Oh, that color. I love it.

I also fell in love with the Haruni Shawl, which Yarn Harlot just finished. It's a free pattern by Emily Ross on Ravelry. Perhaps this yarn will go with this pattern....

Some day. There is stirring, indeed, but not much actual knitting happening round here.
