The knits come from a pet-free and smoke-free home that is also, essentially, fragrance-free. A select few of these pieces are very gently used, having been worn by me a handful of times (and subsequently washed).

• 100% wool, as opposed to all other fiber content listings including merino wool or superwash wool, is "rustic" and generally has a scratchier feel against the skin.
• 100% superwash wool is machine washable. (delicate cycle, cool water)
• I have a 23" head, which is on the big side. knitted wool fabric is quite forgiving and most of these hats should fit most adult heads just fine.
